Everyone's location information is kept confidential. Find My, like every other Apple device, is intended to provide you control over your data. Only when you actively find your device, identify it as lost, or activate Send Last Location is location information provided to Apple. Data is encrypted and stored on Apple's servers for no more than 24 hours. When using the Find My network, all information is kept private, even from Apple.
