Hi! I've been using noom for about 1.5 months. I lost 9 pounds and then plateaued, and it hasn't come off since. I gave up because I was discouraged, but noom also feels restrictive to me. I eat too much grilled chicken in my salad, and 200 calories vanish. Counting calories is unpleasant, but I know it is necessary. I've been working out and going for walks to make sure I get my 10,000 steps in every day. But it doesn't feel like enough because the additional 200 calories I get from walking 5 miles per day are insufficient. I'm starving! Perhaps I'm just a wimp. I've been considering switching to WW because it's less restrictive, and I'm wondering if noom is just not for me. Has anyone else had this happen with noom? Is anyone switching? Am I insane? Thanks!

I've been doing WW for a long time. I really enjoy the weekly weigh-in and check-in. But I'm wondering if Noom. Ignite would be a good addition to the weight loss toolkit... I had bariatric surgery in 2015 and have gained 60 pounds since then. I'd love to lose those pounds. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
