Both recruiters I spoke with refused to say how many hours a week they needed or provide any information about the job itself. It's similar to how my last work went: they gave me excellent pay but kept it ambiguous, and then when I got there, it was dreadful with long hours, and they simply hoped I'd stay around. Are there any area managers that read this sub, and if so, what do you think?

Hello there, I was hired as an Amazon Area Manager on March 10, 2021. Three days after the interview, I received a phone call informing me that I had been selected. They are not completely transparent regarding your hours and duties during the interview and the first few days of your onboarding. When you finish training, you are not prepared to accomplish your work since you have not been informed of all of your job obligations. You don't realize you're not completing a specific portion of your work until they chastise you for it. But how can you perform something you were never taught was part of your job duties???
