Arctic White Hardie Board House

with Arctic White trim. James Hardie provides ColorPlus Board & Batten. We placed Board & Batten in the front of the house and Cedarmill HardiPlank in the rear of the home. Fiber cement siding also helps boost the insulative value of any property because of the quality of the product and how durable it is against Colorados severe environment. We also put James Hardie beaded porch panel for the ceiling above the front porch to finish this house exterior make over. We believe that this 1970s ranch house looks like a dream today with the entire outside restoration. What do you think?

Arctic White Hardie ColorPlus factory finish was utilized. The siding texture is "Cedarmill". The window trim is a 4" picture frame w/ a 3.25" crown molding header detail. The installation was conducted by Custom Concepts Construction, Inc. Our siding firm is an Elite Preferred siding Contractor in the James Hardie installation program.
